A letterpress poster, art print or broadside can advertise, make a statement, commemorate a special event, honor the memory of a loved one, or just be art for arts sake. At Nesja Press we have found great satisfaction in creating bespoke prints for all of these reasons and more. We use a combination of processes when creating them including handset type, hand-carved linoleum and photopolymer plates. The largest paper trim size we can accommodate is 14.75 x 20 inches.

If you’re not familiar with the term broadside, these have a long history in the printing world. Historically broadsides were large sheets of paper with lots of information printed on one side and plastered onto walls as street literature. Today, the term broadside refers to a form of art that is type-based, usually a beautifully typeset poem accompanied by an illustration.
