Along the way a fun love for Norwegian trolls developed. In true Wisconsin quirkiness we are known as The Troll Capital of the World. Drive up and down Main Street (aka The Trollway) and you’ll see all kinds of hand-crafted trolls. In these parts trolls are considered good – protectors of nature and the local community. We decided to jump on the bandwagon with this original art celebrating Mount Horeb as The Troll Capital of the World. Here’s a fun WPR story that explains our community obsession with trolls.
