Wood Type Thank You Letterpress Card
These cards were made with antique wood type donated to Nesja Press in 2024 by the Bruce Kirkpatrick family. The type was previously in use at the Northfield News, Northfield, Minn. Family members saved the wood type when Mr. Kirkpatrick closed the newspaper office in the 1970s. After being in storage for several decades, the old type is once again enjoying new life. On the back of each card is a short colophon explaining the history.
Letterpress printed with handset wood and metal type on substantial 118 lb. cotton paper. 5.5 x 4.25 inches folded. A2 Euro flap envelopes included. Available as a single card and envelope packaged in a cellophane sleeve, or as a set of five cards and envelopes packaged in a clear, rPET, recyclable stationery box.
